Do you use hydrogenated oils in your products?

At La Boulangere, providing you with delicious products and ‘clean’ ingredient lists is our number one goal! For that reason, we never add hydrogenated oils or partially hydrogenated oils to our products as they are a known source of trans fats, which have been linked to health issues.
